In an effort to foster team cohesion and invigorate the organization, Moge Electronics successfully hosted a two-day, one-night autumn team building event from October 24th to 25th, 2025. Held at the scenic Baishui Village and Forest Sea Resort in Zengcheng, the event saw full participation from all employees, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and team bonding amidst the stunning natural surroundings.
With the theme of "relaxation and better integration," the itinerary was both enriching and enjoyable. On the first day, the team quickly broke the ice with a fun farm-style cooking experience, where everyone worked together to prepare a meal, drawing closer through collaboration. The afternoon was spent hiking through Baishui Village, where team members encouraged one another while enjoying the fresh air and serene streams. After checking into the hotel in the evening, colleagues unwound by either soaking in the hot springs or having fun at the water park, fully recharging their minds and bodies.
A highlight of the trip was the lychee-themed feast and authentic local farm cuisine, which offered a perfect setting for colleagues to relax, converse, and deepen connections.
On the second day, the team continued to energize themselves with free time at the Forest Sea Water Park, taking part in water challenges and enjoying lighthearted play, creating countless memorable moments. After a fulfilling lunch, everyone returned to Shenzhen, energized and in high spirits.
This team building event wasn’t just an outing; it served as a powerful “recharge” for the team. It allowed colleagues to see different, more vibrant sides of each other beyond the confines of work, fostering a stronger sense of belonging and camaraderie. Returning to their duties, the Moge team is ready to face future challenges with greater enthusiasm, strengthened collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving new successes together!
