The MG1500 integrates AI precision seam alignment technology with an eco-friendly UV printing process, breaking through the limits of traditional decoration methods and unlocking endless possibilities for aesthetic creativity and craftsmanship on every rod.

The system of this commercial UV printer is equipped with nano-level optical positioning sensors and AI seam-alignment algorithms, automatically detecting rod seams and real-time calibrating the design for perfect alignment. With micron-level precision, it achieves 360° full-wrap seamless printing, completely eliminating color shifts and seam issues. Even complex gradient patterns are perfectly continuous, overcoming the “breaks” common in traditional printing at seams
The AI 3D printer can be equipped with high-end industrial printheads such as EPSON F1080/I1600 or RICOH G5I, ensuring excellent durability and stable high-speed continuous production, while also achieving a significant leap in printing quality and craftsmanship.

The printheads use micro-piezo technology combined with intelligent multi-level grayscale control, enabling fast ink ejection and rapid curing while precisely controlling droplet shape and placement.
